Overview

This website and all related services are operated by Biogen Labs LLC, doing business as Nu Biogen (“NU BIOGEN”, “we”, “us”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this site.

Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You represent that you are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

Products & Restricted Use

All products offered are sold strictly for lawful, research, laboratory, or analytical purposes only.

Products are not intended for human or animal consumption and are not approved for therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical use.

By purchasing, you expressly acknowledge and agree:

You understand the nature and risks of handling such materials
You will not use products in or on humans or animals
You will not mislabel, repackage, or resell unlawfully
You assume all risk associated with use, storage, and handling

NU BIOGEN shall not be liable for misuse, improper handling, or unlawful application of any product.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, compliance concerns, or pricing errors.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method and agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and shipping costs.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks.

You agree to contact NU BIOGEN first to resolve any issue before disputing a charge with your financial institution.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree that:

We may submit all order data, IP logs, delivery confirmation, and communications as evidence
Your account may be permanently banned
We may pursue recovery through collections or legal action

Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

All shipping timelines are estimates only. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

Product Handling & Storage Disclaimer

Certain products may be sensitive to environmental conditions. You are responsible for proper storage upon delivery. We are not liable for degradation or damage resulting from shipping conditions or improper storage.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NU BIOGEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NU BIOGEN from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your misuse of products
Your violation of any law
Your breach of these Terms

Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

Nu Biogen Order & Support Texts

Program name: Nu Biogen Order & Support Texts. Messages are sent by Nu Biogen (Biogen Labs LLC) from our customer support line, (888) 340-4508.

How you join: at checkout on nubiogen.com, after entering your mobile number, you can tick the separate, optional box labeled “Text me order and shipping updates.” The box is unchecked by default and is separate from the email sign-up box. Ticking it means you agree to receive automated text messages from Nu Biogen at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase: you can complete your order without ticking the box. You can also text us at (888) 340-4508 with a question, and we will reply to that conversation.

Message types (transactional only):

Order confirmations
Payment updates, including secure links to finish paying for an order that is awaiting payment
Shipping and tracking updates
Replies to support questions you send us

This program does not send marketing or promotional messages, and joining it does not sign you up for marketing texts.

Message frequency varies with your orders and support conversations (typically 1 to 5 messages per order).
Message and data rates may apply (Msg & data rates may apply), according to your mobile plan.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts. To rejoin, reply START.

Carrier disclaimer: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility: you must be 21 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. US mobile numbers only.
Privacy: mobile numbers and opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

OneText marketing texts

Nu Biogen also runs a separate, optional marketing text program (deals, new products, promotions and cart reminders) sent through our messaging provider, OneText. It is not part of Nu Biogen Order & Support Texts and is not sent from (888) 340-4508.

How you join: at checkout on nubiogen.com, after entering your mobile number, you can tick the separate, optional box labeled “Text me deals and new products.” This is how we collect marketing text consent on nubiogen.com. The box is unchecked by default, and it is separate from both the “Text me order and shipping updates” box and the email sign-up box: ticking either of those does not enroll you in marketing texts. Next to the box we show: “By checking this box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (e.g. promotions, cart reminders) from Nu Biogen at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” We save that you ticked the box, when, the number, and the wording shown. If you signed up earlier through a OneText sign-up form or keyword that described recurring marketing texts, that sign-up also counts.

Message types: recurring automated marketing texts, such as promotions, new products, restock alerts and cart reminders.
Consent is not a condition of purchase: you can complete your order without ticking the box. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any marketing text. For help, reply HELP or email support@nubiogen.com. The two programs are opted out of separately: replying STOP to a marketing text does not stop order texts, and replying STOP to an order text does not stop marketing texts.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any lawful reason.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
